1. Who we are

ABC Marketing LLC ("ABC", "we") is a Utah limited liability company operating at app.abcmarketing.ai. We provide productized marketing services to small and mid-sized businesses.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, business name, billing address, payment method (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers).

Service data: anything you upload to our platform — brand assets, audience information, campaign briefs, performance reports.

Usage data: which pages you visit, what you click, when. We use Plausible Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Authentication data: magic-link login tokens, IP and device fingerprint at sign-in.

3. How we use it

To run your account and produce your marketing work. To compute monthly performance comp. To detect fraud and platform abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Subprocessors

Stripe (billing), Postmark (transactional email), Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), n8n (workflow automation). The full list is published at /privacy/subprocessors and updated whenever it changes.

5. Your rights

You can export your data at any time from /settings/data-export. You can delete your account from /settings/account — data is purged within 30 days. For California, EU, or UK residents, additional rights apply; email privacy@abcmarketing.co.
