1. Who we are
ABC Marketing LLC ("ABC", "we") is a Utah limited liability company operating at abcmarketing.ai and app.abcmarketing.ai. We provide productized marketing services to small and mid-sized businesses.
2. What we collect
Account data: name, email, business name, billing address, payment method (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
Service data: anything you upload to our platform — brand assets, audience information, campaign briefs, performance reports.
Usage data: pages visited, interactions, timing, and campaign/source information. We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, and PostHog to understand visits and engagement on our public marketing site. These tools use first-party cookies, browser storage and browser/session identifiers. PostHog also measures product usage in our platform, where usage may be associated with an account or signed-in user.
For U.S. visitors, we use Google Analytics and PostHog to measure site and platform usage unless you opt out. You can turn off analytics at any time using the Privacy control on our marketing site and eligible platform pages. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, and we preserve previously saved opt-outs. Where we do not enable analytics by default, you can choose to allow it through that control. Turning analytics off does not prevent you from exploring services, making an inquiry or purchasing. It stops future optional collection; it does not itself delete information already collected.
We use marketing analytics to improve service discovery and understand which visits and interactions lead to inquiries and purchases. We do not send the contents of marketing inquiry fields to these analytics tools. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Authentication data: magic-link login tokens, IP and device fingerprint at sign-in.
3. How we use it
To run your account and produce your marketing work. To detect fraud and platform abuse, and to monitor and fix errors (via Sentry and Axiom, described below). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Subprocessors
Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database, auth, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (background job processing), Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (marketing and product analytics), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (marketing measurement), Axiom (operational logging), BetterStack (uptime monitoring), Google (Gemini API — used to help draft marketing copy and generate images from the inputs you provide), Webflow (hosting and content management for websites we build for you), Cloudflare (DNS for websites we build for you), and Pexels (stock photography). 5. Your rights
You can export your data from Settings → Data export (/portal/settings?tab=data-export) and request account deletion at /portal/deletion. We verify your identity and process valid deletion requests promptly, within the earlier of 30 days or one calendar month after receipt. We explain any records retained for a specific accounting, legal or rights-handling purpose, and any isolated backup copies awaiting expiry. Account deletion requests do not themselves cancel billing. For California, EU, or UK residents, additional rights apply; email privacy@abcmarketing.ai.
6. How long we keep information
We keep useful customer work and history while needed to provide active services, and normally for up to 24 months after an engagement ends. A verified deletion request overrides that ordinary history period. We remove unnecessary working copies sooner and do not keep a complete customer archive simply because some financial records must remain.
Our accounting schedule keeps minimum transaction records for seven years after the relevant tax return filing or due date, whichever is later. A specific legal obligation or claim may require a different period for the affected records. Privacy-request records are kept for 24 months after our final response. Access to retained records is restricted to their purpose.
Recovery copies may remain in isolated backups until their scheduled expiry. We keep them out of ordinary use and reapply completed deletion requests before restored data returns to service.
